Evolution within a person
We reconstruct the evolutionary history of disease initiation and progression within individuals, uncovering the evolutionary patterns, forces, and mechanisms. By developing innovative computational approaches and tools, we analyze various datasets and rigorously test biological hypotheses. We aim to deepen our understanding of how diseases evolve within a person.
